I can't wait to share my favorite recipes with you! I know you will love them and you'll be excited to share them with your family and friends. This will be a food blog with the emphasis on FOOD! Most of my recipes are based on highly-rated online recipes, with modifications if needed to make them before natural. They are not designed to be low-fat or low-calorie, or to meet any other fad diet - they are just great recipes that happen to be great for your health. Even your friends who turn their noses up at "healthy" food will be helping themselves to seconds and asking for the recipe.

I was hoping to have some recipes posted before launching this site but wanted to get the site up and going as soon as possible. Hopefully won't be long before I have time to add some recipes here! If there's a recipe you'd like to see please let me know!
